SPQR Developers (“we”, “our”, or “us”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use our mobile applications, including GrowZone, Penfolio, Auction Calculator and others.
Information We Do Not Collect
We do not collect, sell, or share personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, or precise location for advertising or marketing purposes.
We do not use third-party analytics, tracking SDKs, or advertising networks.
Information Used by the App
GrowZone uses limited data solely to provide core functionality:
- Location information (optional):
If you grant permission, your approximate location is used to determine your USDA growing zone, local weather, and planting recommendations. Location data is processed on your device and is not stored or shared by us. - Garden data:
Plants, notes, photos, and journal entries you create are stored locally on your device and, if enabled, synchronized privately through Apple iCloud using your Apple ID. We do not have access to this data. - Photos:
Photos you add to your garden or journal remain on your device or in your private iCloud storage. We do not upload or view your photos.
In-App Purchases
GrowZone offers a one-time in-app purchase to unlock premium features. Purchases are processed securely by Apple. We do not receive or store your payment information.
Third-Party Services
GrowZone uses Apple-provided services only, including:
- iCloud for data synchronization (if enabled)
- WeatherKit for weather information
These services are governed by Apple’s privacy policies.
Children’s Privacy
GrowZone is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Data Security
We rely on Apple’s platform security features, including device encryption and iCloud security, to protect your data. While no system is perfectly secure, we take reasonable steps to ensure your information is handled responsibly.
